In addition to respecting and meeting the conditions from the program and the competition task, and the compliance of the competition design with the given urban conditions and recommendations, the Jury will evaluate the competition works by the following general criteria:

• The character and improvement quality of the urban identity of the area in the context of the immediate and wider environment;
• Program and economic justification of the proposed design;
• Clear spatial concept, recognizable in the basic idea;
• Distribution of purposes and contents in space, functionality of the proposed design;
• Urban and architectural shaping and ambient characteristics of the design of the unit and characteristic parts;
• Context, architectural and cultural heritage treatment;
• Cost-effectiveness of design in construction and exploitation;
• Approach in accordance with the principles of sustainability (environmentally and energy sustainable solutions, preservation and improvement of environmental quality);
• Implementability of design in accordance with the competition requirements;
• Persuasiveness of arguments - clarity of communication through graphic attachments.
